1. MISSION PARAMETERS

At BladeMasterSale (operating as Cold Steel || Mora || Spyderco Shop), we understand that even the most elite operators occasionally need to adjust their tactical gear. Our Returns & Exchanges Protocol ensures a smooth operational procedure for returning or exchanging products that don’t meet your mission requirements.

OPERATIONAL TIMEFRAME

You have 15 days from date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products are non-returnable:

  • Training Knives (due to potential wear from use)
  • Custom Knife Scales (personalized items)
  • Any product that shows signs of use, sharpening, or modification

3. RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

STEP 1: INITIATE REQUEST

STEP 2: AWAIT AUTHORIZATION

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Any special handling notes

STEP 3: PACKAGE & SHIP

Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship to:

STEP 4: TRACK & CONFIRM

Email us your tracking number. We’ll notify you when your return is received and processed.

4. REFUND OPERATIONS

Upon receipt and inspection of returned items:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timeline: 5-10 business days for credit card refunds to appear on your statement

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Do not use the item
  2. Take photos of the damage/defect
  3. Contact us immediately at [email protected]

We’ll arrange for expedited replacement at no additional cost.

6. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For operators outside the U.S.:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
