Our Shipping & Returns Protocol ensures smooth operational procedures for delivering your equipment and handling any necessary adjustments.
2. SHIPPING OPERATIONS
ORDER PROCESSING
All missions (orders) are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
DELIVERY OPTIONS
We offer two deployment methods for your tactical gear:
- Standard Expedition: Deployed via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery timeframe: 10-15 days after deployment
- Mission cost: $12.95
- Free Reconnaissance: Deployed via EMS (for missions valued at $50+)
- Delivery timeframe: 15-25 days after deployment
- Mission cost: FREE
3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROTOCOL
OPERATIONAL TIMEFRAME
You have 15 days from date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products are non-returnable:
- Training Knives (due to potential wear from use)
- Custom Knife Scales (personalized items)
- Any product that shows signs of use, sharpening, or modification
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

STEP 2: AWAIT AUTHORIZATION
Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with:
- Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Shipping instructions

STEP 3: PACKAGE & SHIP
Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

4. REFUND OPERATIONS
Upon receipt and inspection of returned items:

For operators outside the U.S.:
